DEPARTMENT RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR
This position will require an applicant who can manage restaurant operations. This person will also supervise the front and back of house employees. Restaurant management experience or significant restaurant supervisory experience preferred.
HEAD COOK
This position will require an applicant who can supervise a kitchen and all back of house operations. This person will make sure food is prepared to standard and enforce kitchen safety as well. Chef Experience preferred but not required. Must have an adequate culinary background. Relevant Bachelors degree preferred.
HR SPECIALIST
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: employee relations, auditing safety and compliance issues (CAL/OSHA, fire safety, HACCP and food safety procedures), employee orientation, training, document and applicant screening, recruiting and hiring. Relevant bachelors degree preferred.
CATEGORY SPECIALIST / ASSISTANT
(Buying Clerk/Merchandiser) Preferred applicants will have experience working with Microsoft Excel / Intermediate Excel Skills. Responsibilities include data entry and travel to the different store locations to help set/reset grocery items. Background in merchandizing with retail experience is also preferred.
ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT
With Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and bookkeeping experience. Retail bookkeeping experience preferred.
INTERNAL AUDITOR
With Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and experience in auditing. Must be a licensed driver.
ENCODERS/CLERKS
Responsible for providing clerical support, experienced in data entry; must be proficient in Microsoft word & excel; with excellent oral communication skills, both written and verbal.
WAREHOUSE HELPERS
Responsible for packing orders, palletizing, loading and unloading of goods, maintaining cleanliness of the warehouse and loading dock areas. Forklift training / certification is an advantage. Able to lift 50 lb. boxes
